摘要
论述了财务集中制下高校财务管理存在的问题，并提出了加强高校财务管理的相关建议，以期推动高校财务管理的良性发展。
Problems of financial concentrating management in colleges are expounded. Some proposals to strengthen financial management in colleges are proposed so as to promote normal development of financial management in colleges.
