论述了高校图书馆开展社会化服务的意义。以河北交通职业技术学院图书馆为例，介绍了高校图书馆开展社会化服务的相关举措。
This paper discusses the importance of developing socialized service in college libraries. Taking the library of Heibei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College as an example, the measures to offering socialized service in college libraries are introduced.
