摘要
为了提高数控机床的运行管理和维护水平,满足现代制造业的信息化需求,设计了一种基于射频(RFID)和传感器的机床物联网现场层数据采集终端,其包括数据采集单元和数据传输单元。该数据采集终端能够将来自各传感器的数据以工业以太网、WiFi、ZigBee三种方式传输到监控与诊断服务器,为远程监控与诊断提供准确可靠的实时信息。
To improve the management and maintenance of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools and meet the requirement of modern manufacturing in network environments, a data collection terminal based on Radio Frequency IDentificaiton (RFID) and sensors was designed, which includes data acquisition unit and data transmission unit. The data collection terminal collected data from sensors, then transmitted them to the server of the monitoring and diagnosis via industrial Ethernet, WiFi, ZigBee, and thus reliable real-time information was provided for remote monitoring and diagnosis.
