摘要
在分析吉林省低碳小城镇建设的现状和优势基础上,找出低碳小城镇建设存在的问题和制约因素;并提出了低碳理念、环保材料应用和绿色低碳建筑建设、降低能耗和发展新能源产业等对策和建议。
Based on analysis of the advantages and the current situation of the small towns of low-carbon construction in Jilin province, this paper finds out some problems and some factors that restrict the devel- opment of the small towns of low-carbon construction. And some countermeasures and suggestion are presents, such as the low carbon idea, the application of environmental materials, the green low-carbon construction development, the reduction of energy consumption, the development of the new energy indus- try. etc.
