长吉图开发开放先导区的金融资源优化配置路径

Path of Optimization of Financial Resources Allocation in Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Area1

依据金融资源学说研究吉林省的金融资源分布情况,并与长三角、珠三角区域进行比较分析,发现长吉图区域存在金融资源配置能力弱、效率低、空间窄等问题。优化长吉图开发开放先导区金融资源配置的路径为:打造区域金融中心,提升金融服务功能;积极吸引外资,优化金融信贷结构;合理开发和利用实体性中间金融资源等。

Based on ＂doctrine of financial resources＂, a study is conducted to investigate the financial resources allocation in Jilin Province. Compared with the financial resources allocation in the Yangtze Delta and the Zhujiang Delta, the result reveals that the allocation of financial resources is uncompetitive, inefficient, and there is no space for its development in Changchun-Jilin-Tumen area. The path of optimization of financial resources allocation in this pilot area is： to create a regional financial center and enhance the function of financial services; to attract foreign investment actively and optimize the structure of finical credit; to develop and utilize the intermediate entity financial resources.
