新生儿神经行为测定在早产儿神经心理发育中的作用

Effect of Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment in neuropsychological development of premature infants

目的:通过对早产儿进行新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA),早期发现早产儿神经系统的轻微功能异常,以便早期干预。方法:选择2009年1月～2010年12月56例在连云港市妇幼保健院分娩早产儿,分别于第2～3天,26～28天(纠正胎龄40周后算起)进行新生儿神经行为测定。结果:56例早产儿第一次测量NBNA<35分12例,第二次复测9例为异常。检查出的异常早产儿需进行日后的早期干预。结论:应用NBNA法对早产儿早期进行神经行为检测,早期发现中枢神经系统的轻微功能异常意义重大,因此建议在早产儿中普遍开展。

Objective： To early find mild dysfunction of nervous system of premature infants and conduct early intervention by car- rying out Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment （NBNA） among premature infants. Methods： Fifty -six premature infants who were born in the hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected, and then NBNA was conducted at 2 - 3 days and 26 - 28 days after birth （ correcting gestational age was 40 weeks） . Results： During the first assessment, 12 premature infants were found with NBNA score 〈 35, while during the second assessment, 9 premature infants were found as abnormality. The abnormal premature infants detected needed early intervention. Conclusion： NBNA is used for early neurobehavioral detection for premature infants, detecting mild dysfunction of nerv- ous system has great significance, so it is recommended to conduct NBNA in premature infants widely.
