摘要
目的:研究儿童变应性鼻炎的严重程度与患者外周血嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、内皮素(ET)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的关系,探讨ECP、ET与TNF-α在儿童变应性鼻炎进展中的作用。方法:选择2010年3月~2011年3月急性发作期的变应性鼻炎患儿136例作为研究对象,根据症状与体征情况分为轻度组93例与重度组43例,另外选取40例健康儿童作为对照组。使用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测对照组、轻度组、重度组中ECP、ET与TNF-α的水平。结果:对照组、轻度组与重度组中的ECP水平分别为(12.85±1.94)pg/ml、(25.86±3.07)pg/ml、(30.82±3.25)pg/ml;ET水平分别为(53.28±10.12)pg/ml、(82.44±22.43)pg/ml、(99.28±30.16)pg/ml;TNF-α的水平分别为(18.79±4.96)pg/ml、(31.87±9.86)pg/ml、(51.26±11.14)pg/ml。与对照组相比,轻度组与重度组的ECP、ET与TNF-α水平均明显偏高(P<0.05)。与轻度组相比,重度组的ET与TNF-α水平均偏高(P<0.05),重度组的ECP水平也高于轻度组,但没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:外周血嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白、内皮素和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平在儿童变应性鼻炎的进展中具有重要作用。
Objective: To study the relationship between degree of severity of childhood allergic rhinitis and levels of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) , endothelin (ET) , and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF -α) in peripheral blood, and explore the roles of ECP, ET,and TNF - α in development of childhood allergic rhinitis. Methods: A total of 136 children with allergic rhinitis during acute phase from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected as research object, accordingto symptoms and signs, the children were divided into mild group (93 patients) and severe group (43 patients), in addition, 40 healthy children were selected as control group. ELISA double antibody sandwich assay was used to detect the levels of ECP, ET, and TNF - αin control group, mild group, and severe group. Results: ECP levels in control group, mild group, and severe group were (12. 85 ± 1.94) pg/ml, (25.86± 3.07) pg/ml, and (30. 82± 3.25) pg/ml ; ET levels were (53.28 ± 10. 12) pg/ml, (82.44 ± 22. 43) pg/ml, and (99.28±30. 16) pg/ml; TNF-α levels were (18.79 ±4.96) pg/ml, (31.87 ±9.86) pg/ml, and (51.26 ± 11.14) pg/ml, respectively. Compared with control group, ECP, ET, and TNF - α levels in mild group and severe group increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared with mild group, ET and TNF - α levels increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), ECP level in severe group was higher than that in mild group, but there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: ECP, ET, and TNF - α levels in peripheral blood play important roles' in development of childhood allergic rhinitis.
