摘要
通过对萧山区基层馆员在"主观幸福感"、"工作满意度"和"组织承诺水平"等方面与东南沿海地区正式馆员的差异比较,发现萧山区基层馆员的主观幸福感、工作满意度和组织承诺都显著低于东南沿海地区正式馆员的平均水平。这说明,对基层馆员的人力资源开发还有待加强。
Referring to the data of the southeast coastal areas from the country-range survey, this article compares the differences between the librarians of Xiaoshan and Southeast coastal area in the aspects of subjective wellbeing, work satis-faction and organizational commitment. Overall, the community librarians in Xiaoshan indicates a significantly lower level in the happy feelings, job satisfaction and organizational commitment than the regular librarians of the southeast coast. The training, management, and human resources development to the community librarians are to be strengthened.
