摘要
建立从连翘叶中分离纯化熊果酸的方法。采用8倍量95%乙醇,80℃提取3次,每次1 h。提取液经活性炭脱色和AB-8大孔吸附树脂富集纯化得到纯度80.2%的熊果酸,再经乙醇重结晶纯度可达96%,得率约0.6%(以干燥叶计)。
The techniques of separation and purification of ursolic acid from Forsythia suspense leaves were established. The optimal extraction process was to extract three times with 8 volumes of 95% ethanol to Forsythia suspense leaves at 80 ℃ for 1 h each time. After active carbon decoloration and AB-8 macroporous resin adsorption, the ursolic acid with purity of 80.2% could be obtained. After ethanol crystallization, the purity of ursolic acid product could reach over 96 %, with the overall yield of about 0.6 % (based on the dried leaves).
