多功能阻燃聚酯纤维的纺丝工艺 被引量:4

摘要 采用环境友好型磷系有机阻燃剂G-77对芯层聚酯进行阻燃改性,采用自制阻燃母粒和聚偏氟乙烯对皮层聚酯进行防水改性,通过皮芯复合纺丝制备多功能阻燃聚酯纤维,并对纤维的纺丝工艺及其功能性进行研究。结果表明,纤维同时具有较高的阻燃性、较好的防水性等特性;和前期采用无机阻燃剂改性后制得的多功能阻燃聚酯纤维相比较,有机阻燃剂G-77改性后制得的多功能阻燃聚酯纤维具有良好的纺丝性能和力学性能,可纺性及力学性能得到明显的提高,卷绕速度可控制在1 000~2 000 m/min之间,牵伸丝最大断裂强度可达4.164 6 cN/dtex。 A multifunctional frame retardant polyester fiber was prepared by sheath-core spinning method,with its core modified by environmentally friendly phosphorus organic flame retardant G-77 and the sheath subjected to waterproof treatment by using self-made flame-retardant master batch and PVDF,respectively,and the spinning process and functions were discussed.The experimental results revealed that the fiber had improved flame retardant and waterproofing properties.When compared with the multifunctional flame retardant fiber prepared earlier with inorganic flame retardant agent,the G-77 modified multifunctional flame retardant fiber displayed better mechanical properties and spinnability,with the maximum breaking strength up to 4.164 6 cN/dtex,and the winding speed was controlled in the range between 1 000 and 2 000 m/min.
