制备工艺对黄麻/聚丙烯针织复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 讨论不同工艺黄麻横机针织物增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备工艺对其力学性能的影响,在横机上分别织造黄麻1+1罗纹、畦编、半畦编织物作为复合材料的增强体,分别以3层和5层进行同向铺层、不同质量配比,与聚丙烯纤维均匀混合后通过热压工艺制成复合材料。对所制备的复合材料板材拉伸及弯曲性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:在复合织物均为1+1罗纹时,其复合板材性能以3层1+1罗纹6/4的配比为最佳;相同配比,相同层数情况下,畦编组织板材性能最优;对于相同配比1+1罗纹板材3层性能优于5层。 The influence of manufacturing process on the mechanical properties of jute fabric reinforced polypropylene(PP) composites was investigated.Firstly,the 1+1 rib,cardigan,and half cardigan structured fabrics were knitted,on flat knitting machine,respectively.The fabrics were laid into 3-layer and 5-layer substrates,respectively,in the same direction but with different mass ratios,and then the substrates were evenly mixed with PP fibers,and the resulting preforms were hot-pressed into laminated composites.The tensile and bending properties of the composites were tested,and the results revealed that the property of the composite with 1+1 rib in 3 layers and with a ratio of 6/4 is the best;in the case of the same ratio and same layers,the composite with cardigan structure has the best property;and in the case of the same ratio,the composite with rib in 3 layers outperforms that in 5 layers.
