摘要
针对经编提花无缝成形织物特点,提出采用垫纱运动和贾卡意匠相结合的织物设计模型对该类织物进行CAD设计。在深入研究经编提花无缝成形织物结构特征的基础上,建立该类织物的线圈结构理论仿真模型。在以线圈根部为变形集中点的线圈偏移假设前提下,重点对各类提花无缝成形织物因纱线张力导致的线圈形变进行理论分析。运用上述织物设计模型、线圈结构仿真模型和线圈形变规律,采用VC++.net进行程序设计,实现了对经编提花无缝成形经编织物的直观快速设计与仿真。
According to the warp knitted jacquard seamless shaping fabric′s characteristics,this paper raises a fabric design model of combining lapping movement with jacquard grid to design this type of fabric by CAD.Based on the intensive study of the warp knitted jacquard seamless shaping fabric′s structure characteristics,the loop structure theoretical simulation model is set up;and in the loop excursion hypothesis of regarding loop root as deformation centrostigma,the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the jacquard seamless shaping fabric deformations caused by yarn tension.Utilizing the above fabric design model,loop simulation and loop deformation rule and using VC++.net for program design,it has successfully realized the design and simulation of the jacquard seamless shaping fabric visually and rapidly.
