摘要
为了提高汽车座椅面料的性能,保证产品质量,汽车座椅面料生产企业需要合理选择复合工艺并控制其工艺条件。汽车座椅面料大多是一种由表层织物、聚氨酯泡沫材料及底衬织物或聚酯薄膜经复合而成的复合材料,其性能不仅仅由其纤维、纱线、织物结构所决定,复合工艺在很大程度上也影响着汽车座椅面料性能的好坏。着重介绍汽车座椅面料的火焰复合工艺,从其发展现状、原理、工艺流程及影响因素展开叙述;并以热熔法为例,讨论了汽车座椅面料复合工艺的发展趋势。汽车座椅面料的复合工艺正向着高性能、绿色环保的方向发展。
In order to improve the performance of automobile seat cover fabrics and ensure the product quality,it is necessary for manufacturers to choose a suitable composite technology and to control the technical conditions.Since most automobile seat cover fabrics are of composite materials composed of the face fabric,polyurethane foam layer and basic fabric or film,their performance is governed not only by the fiber,yarn,and fabric structure but also by composite technology.This paper focused on the flame laminating of automobile seat cover fabrics,including the current status,principles,process,and influencing factors.The developing trend of the composite technology of automobile seat cover fabrics is given,taking the hot-melt laminating as example.The composite technology is developing towards high-performance and environment-friendly directions.
