摘要
"论文被收录与引用情况统计表"综合反映了科研人员发表论文的数量和质量,针对被SCI网络版收录论文的引用期刊种数和引用作者人数的统计问题,提出一种利用文档合并和Excel高级筛选功能结合的方法,还介绍了利用文献管理软件EndNote Web提高论文查收查引工作效率的方法。
Because of its effectiveness in demonstration the quantity and quality of a researcher＇s publications, the statistical table of papers indexed and cited is being demanded by more and more awarding and funding projects. However, counting the exact number of citing journals or citing authors proves to be difficult. To solve these problems, a procedure of document merging method combined with Excel advanced filter function was discussed in this paper. In addition, a new method to improve the efficiency of database retrieving and data processing work by using reference manager tool EndNote Web was also introduced.
