Bioassay-guided Extraction of Antimicrobial Substances from Mulberry Leaves

摘要 采用乙醇回流浸提法提取桑叶中抑菌成分,以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球为指示菌,研究其抑菌效果。在单因素试验的基础上,用响应面法优化工艺参数。结果表明其最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为60%,提取温度为70℃,提取时间为2 h,料液质量体积比为1∶30(g/mL)。 Antimicrobial substances was extracted from Mulberry leaves with ethanol solvent extraction. E. coli and Staphylococcus were the indicator bacteria to study the inhibitory effect of the exWaction, and the activity was evaluated by paper disc metho& The methed was optimized by response surface analysis based on one-facter-at-a-firne experiments. The results showed that the optimal conditions for improving the extraction of anfimicrobial substances from Mulberry leaves were as follows: ethanol concentration 60%, solid-to-liquid ratio 1 g : 30 mL and exlraction temperature 70 ℃ for a reflux extraction duration of 2 h.
