大鲵粗提物延缓秀丽线虫衰老的研究 被引量:9

Study on Anti-aging Effects of Crude Extract of Giant Salamander on Caenorhabditis elegans

摘要 试验研究了人工养殖大鲵粗提物延缓秀丽线虫衰老的功能性质,从而为科学的认识大鲵的营养保健功能提供理论依据。通过测定秀丽线虫寿命、后代数、虫体大小及线虫的急性热应激和急性氧应激能力,评价了大鲵粗提物的延寿抗衰老功效并探讨了大鲵粗提物延缓衰老作用机理。试验结果表明,浓度50 mg/L的大鲵粗提物可以提高线虫寿命,对大鲵生殖能力没有影响。 The functional properties of anti-aging effects of crude extract of Giant salamander on Caenorhabditis elegans was studied, so as to provide a theoretical basis for scientific understanding of the nutritional properties of giant salamander. The anti-aging effect and probed anti-aging mechanism of crude extract of Giant salamander on Caenorhabditis elegans have been evaluated by measuring the C. elegans life span, number of posterity, size and the ability of acute heat stress and the ability of acute oxidative stress. The results showed that a certain concentration crude extract of Giant salamander can increase life span of Caenorhabditis elegans and has no effects on the reproductive capacity of Caenorhabditis elegans.
