摘要 食品制造业是事关国计民生的重要产业,也是较为典型的劳动密集型产业。近年来取得了快速的发展,但随着全球经济危机的不断延伸,原辅材料成本和劳动力成本的不断上升、国际食品制造业大型跨国企业不断凭借其市场竞争优势,国内食品制造业企业的生存空间和整体竞争能力在不断缩小;与此同时随着科技进步和信息技术的不断发展和普及,给食品制造企业转型升级提供良好契机,从国内食品制造企业现状出发,探讨和研究了如何利用信息化改造来推动食品制造业企业实现科技创新、流程创新、管理创新,为实现食品制造业企业提高自主创新能力、转变经济增长方式,从而为提升食品制造业企业的整体竞争能力服务。 The food processing industry is the most important industry which has direct correlation with the national economy and the people's livelihood, and it is also a representative labor intensive industry. The enterprises in the food processing industry developed quickly in recent years. Because of the extend of the global economic crisis, the sharp rising of the price of raw materials and labor costs, the ever-increasing pressure of competition from the good and famous international food processing enterprises, the living space and the competitiveness of the local food processing enterprises are becoming more and more narrow. In the same time, as the rapid development of the information technology and the proliferation of internet, there is a very good chance for the information reforming in the food processing enterprises. Based on the current situation of the local food processing enterprises, this study has probed and studied the strategy of how to apply the information reforming to achieve the scientific and technological innovation, business process innovation and management innovation to achieve more powerful capacity for independent innovation and the way of economic growth, so as to promote the whole competitiveness of the local food processing enterprises.
