摘要
针对刺梨及其产品的功能、产品种类和目前发展的瓶颈问题等进行了系统的概述,为进一步深入开发刺梨新产品,研究各产品关键技术和复合机理,解决刺梨产品生产关键技术问题指明了方向。同时,能够更加充分地集成新型高新技术,提高刺梨原材料利用率,开发高端、功能性刺梨新产品。
The functions of Rosa roxburghii Tratt and its products, the product type and the development of the bottleneck problems now are systematically introduced. It points out the direction for the further development of new Rosa roxburghii Tratt products, the research on key techniques and complex mechanisms of the products and solving the key technical problems of Rosa roxburghii Tratt products. At the same time, the high and new technology will be more fully integrated, the utilization rate of Rosa roxburghii Tratt materials will be improved and the new high end and functional Rosa roxburghii Tratt products will be developed.
