主要从两个方面讨论了食品包装安全的溶剂残留问题,一方面讲述了食品包装中溶剂残留的危害性;另一方面介绍了顶空直接进样法测定食品包装材料中的溶剂残留,此方法在新标准GB/T 10004-2008溶剂残留限量要求的条件下,运用顶空进样技术,即在达平衡的密闭容器中包材的顶部空间取一定量的气态样品,送入气相色谱进行分析。该方法在含量0.40~20 mg/m2线性关系良好,相关系数在0.999 37~0.999 87之间,加标回收率范围为78.40%~117.77%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.87%~6.52%,检出限范围为0.014~0.030mg/m2。该方法简单、快速,能准确的测出食品包装材料中的溶剂残留,有效地控制食品包装材料的质量,减少食品污染。
Two aspects of solvent residues in food packaging safety were discussed mainly. On the one hand, the dangers of residual solvents in food packaging and its reduction measures were involved; On the other hand, describe the headspace direct injection method for the determination of residual solvent in food packaging materials. This method used headspace sampling technology under the new standard GB/T 10004-2008 solvent residue limits of the conditions required, and packaging materials at the top of the space to take a certain amount of gaseous samples in airtight container up to balance, into the gas chromatography analysis. The standard curves were linear in the range of0.4-20 mg/m2 (r=0.999 37 - 0.999 87), the recovery rate between 78.40% and 117.77% with RSD (n=6) in the range of 2.87%-6.52%, the detection limited the range of 0.01-0.030 mg/m2. The method was simple, rapid, and accurate measure of solvent residues in food packaging materials. It effectively controlled the quality of food packaging materials, and reduced the contamination of food.
