总胆固醇水平对糖尿病人群新发心脑血管事件的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨基线总胆固醇(TC)水平对糖尿病人群新发心脑血管事件的影响。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究方法,以参加2006年7月至2007年10月健康查体的101510例开滦集团职工中空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L或<7.0mmol/L但已确诊为糖尿病,正在使用降糖药物的8757例糖尿病者作为观察队列,随访1~53(46.97±6.49)个月。结果:多变量Cox比例风险回归分析表明,与TC<4.16mmol/L组比较,4.68mmol/L≤TC<5.20mmol/L组、≥5.20mmol/L组人群心脑血管事件发病风险分别增加0.45倍和0.59倍;校正传统因素后,4.68mmol/L≤TC<5.20mmol/L组、≥5.20mmol/L组人群的RR值分别为1.48(P<0.05)和1.66(P<0.01)。结论:基线TC增高,糖尿病人群心脑血管事件的发病风险增加。
