摘要 在正常细胞生长、分化和饥饿状态下可诱发白噬(autophagy)来维持细胞内环境的稳态和促进细胞的存活。自噬是通过自噬溶酶体系统对自身细胞质内异物、损伤和衰老细胞器进行吞噬降解的过程,它可以使蛋白等能量物质循环再利用.对细胞生长、器官正常发育具有重要的作用。然而,过度自噬也可触发区别于细胞凋亡的Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡,
