摘要 随着开源生产模式的快速发展,合作开发社区中项目管理者之间的关系也变得越来越复杂.社会网络的分析可以作为组织管理的辅助工具与方法,将其与复杂网络研究结合起来,使人与人之间的相互作用关系变的更加清晰,促进对其拓扑结构的理解.本文通过对SourceForge.net社区中开源软件项目信息进行收集,在项目-管理者二分网络基础上构建管理者合作网络模型,对管理者的度进行分析发现网络呈现明显的核心/边缘结构.因此,我们分别从节点度、介数和拓扑势三个度量指标,进一步对合作网络的结构进行中心性分析,发掘网络的核心人物. With the rapid popularity of open source development pattern for software,the relationships between managers become more and more complex.Social network analysis as a useful tool for management can be combined with complex network researches to make a better understanding of the interactions between managers.In this paper,we construct the project-manager network of the SourceForge.net community,based on which the manager collaboration network(MCN) has been derived.The degree distribution analysis of MCN shows its apparent core/periphery structure.Thus,we further analyze the node centrality by the metrics of degree centrality,betweenness centrality and topology potential centrality respectively,to explore the central figures in MCN.
