Design of Garbage and Sludge Harmless Treatment Project at Landfill Site in Zunyi City

遵义市垃圾填埋场污泥/垃圾无害化处理工程是目前国内首座实现污泥与垃圾混合堆肥的工业化堆肥项目,介绍了项目概况、工艺流程、工艺设计(物料衡算、工艺参数、主要设备等),总结了项目设计特点。实际运行表明,污泥与垃圾混合堆肥在技术和经济方面均具有明显优势,在垃圾填埋进场有机质指标趋严的前提下,垃圾与污泥综合处理项目的实施前景广阔,污泥堆肥厂与垃圾填埋场合建更提供了一种优化、互补、可行的选择。

The garbage and sludge harmless treatment project at the landfill site in Zunyi City is the first domestic industrialization project for mixed composting of sludge and garbage. The general situa tion of the project, the process flow and the process design including material balance, technical parame ters, main equipment and so on were introduced. The characteristics of the project design were summa rized. The actual operation showed that the mixed composting of sludge and garbage had obvious technical and economic advantages. Under the premise of stricter control of organic indexes at landfill sites, the in tegrated garbage and sludge treatment project is promising, the combined construction of sludge compos ting plant and landfill site provides an optimized, complementary and viable option.
