摘要
通过对节能型竖轴表曝机的研究测试及实际工程实践的总结分析,发现影响竖轴表曝机氧化沟工艺节能的因素有:叶片高度与直径的比、迎水面叶片折角、外缘线速度、安装平台高度、设置45°防倒流的导流墙、控制表曝机上游厌氧或缺氧状态。在生产中充分注意到这些环节,将会取得明显节能效益。
The energysaving type vertical shaft surface aerator was measured, and the engineering practices were analyzed. The factors influencing the energy saving of the vertical shaft surface aerator in oxidation ditch included the ratio of impeller height to diameter, angle of impeller upstream face, linear speed of exterior margin, installed height of platform, the setting of guide wall, oxygen content in up stream oxidation ditch and so on. Significant energy efficiency will be achieved by considering these fac tors in production.
