摘要
以"四季香菜"为试材,以基质栽培香菜为对照,采用无土气雾式栽培方法,研究了气雾栽培对香菜品质的影响。结果表明:气雾栽培条件下的香菜维生素C含量为70.7mg/100g,较基质栽培的香菜维生素C含量(37.8mg/100g)有显著提高;气雾培香菜,矿质元素硒的含量为0.021mg/g,较基质培香菜硒含量(0.010mg/g)有显著提高;气雾培香菜氨基酸含量较基质栽培的香菜略有提高,但差异不显著。
Taking Coriandrum sativurn L. as materials,the effect of aeroponics on the quality of Coriandrum sativurn were studied using aeroponics method. The results showed that the content of vitamin C in coriander of aeroponics was 70. 7 mg/100g, remarkably higher than substrate cultivation(37. 8 mg/100g) ;contents of mineral elements Se 0. 021 mg/g were remarkably higher than substrate cultivation(0. 010 mg/g). Although content of amino acid was higher than substrate cultivation,there was no significant difference.
