南繁基地番茄青枯菌的分离与16S rDNA鉴定 被引量:3

The Seperation and Bacteria 16S rDNA Identification of Tomato Ralstonia solanacearum in Off-season Breed Area

摘要 对新疆农业科学院南繁试验基地的得青枯病的番茄植株进行病原菌分离,采用细菌16S rDNA测序方法进行鉴定。结果表明:鉴定出致病菌为番茄青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum),并探讨了南繁番茄青枯病的防治策略。 Pathogens was separated from the disease tomato plants, which came from off-season bread area of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and it was indentified by the method of bacteria 16S rDNA. The results showed that the pathogen was Ralstonia solanacearum ,and the strategies of prevention and treatment for tomato bacterial wih in offseason bread area were discussed.
