摘要
以"岳帅"苹果为试材,研究了不同孔数的塑料气调箱对"岳帅"苹果贮藏期果实品质的影响。结果表明:塑料箱式气调贮藏可有效改善果实贮藏气体环境,延缓‘岳帅’苹果品质下降。气调箱3孔开放贮藏效果优于2孔开放,可显著缓解贮藏期间果实硬度、可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸含量的下降,延缓维生素C的分解。气调箱3孔开放内O2浓度7d达到平衡至贮藏98d,始终维持在15.8%~15.3%,CO2浓度14d达到平衡至贮藏98d,始终维持在6.1%~5.9%。
Taking 'Yueshuai' apple as the material,the effect of modified atmosphere storage on the quality of apple was studied. The results indicated that the gas content improved and the fruit quality delayed with the plastic box modified atmosphere. The atmosphere controlled case with 3 holes open was better than with 2 holes open,the decline of firmness, soluble solid,total sugar,total acid content were eased evidently and the decrease of VC content was slowed down. The content of Oe reached equitibrum at the 7th day,and it was between 15.8% and ]5.3% after 98 days storage;the content of COe reached equilibrum at the 14th day,and it was between 6. 1%-5.9% after ,98 days storage.
