杜仲的药用价值极高,其在食品加工中也有良好的应用前景。该文阐述了杜仲的种质资源和主要药用成分,并探讨了杜仲叶、杜仲雄花、杜仲籽在食品加工中的应用及其发展前景。
The medicinal value-high Eucommia uhnoides Oliv was being well used by human at food processing aspects. The germplasm and major medicinal components of Eucomrnia ulrnoides Oliv and the application of its leaves were discussed, male flower and seeds in food processing and its developing prospects were introduced.
