青海省继续教育现状及发展策略研究

青海是一个多民族聚居省份,地广人稀、环境艰苦,经济社会发展相对滞后,资金保障能力比较薄弱,教育资源匮乏,全省平均受教育年限不足6.5年,继续教育发展中存在着诸多问题。必须充分利用现代远程教育手段来构建继续教育工程,通过构建青海开放大学来建立健全继续教育管理体系和质量保障体系,青海的继续教育方能走出一条成功之路。

Qinghai is a province where resides people from many kinds of ethnic groups. It is a vast and sparsely populated land where living circumstance＂ is difficult. The situation of underdevelopment in economy,weak ability of funding, poor resources for educa- tion, has led to the fact that the provincial average years of education of people is only 6. 5. Besides, there are quite a lot of problems in continuing education development. To construct the continuing education program ,we must make full use of the modem distance educa- tional methods and establish sound systems of continuing educational management and quality assurance by constructing open university in Qinghai. Only in this way, the continuing education in Qinghai can make its way to success.
