摘要
伴随着社会竞争的日益激烈,社会压力也随之增大,我国教师这一职业出现倦怠感的可能性也大大增加。教师本身的工作压力大、人际关系紧张、评价体系落后等是导致我国教师产生职业倦怠的主要原因。要使教师摆脱职业倦怠就必须帮助教师进行压力管理、形成和谐的人际关系、建立灵活多样的评价体系。因此,只有对教师职业倦怠现象加以理性审视,才能促进教师心理健康和谐发展,减少倦怠感的产生。
Along with the increasing development of competitive society, as well as the social pressure, the probability of the teachers burnout has been increase. The main reason of teacher' s burnout could be the work pressure, interpersonal tensions or the hysteretic evaluation system. If we want to help the teachers get rid of occupation burnout, we must help them to manage their stresses, to built a harmonious interpersonal relationship and to establish a flexible evaluation system. Therefore, only if we put their occupation burnout to an rational examination, can we promote teachers'psychological health and harmonious development by reducing the probablity of burnout.
