摘要
针对某电站水轮发电机上机架出现的裂纹情况,采用有限单元法,运用I-Deas分析软件,建立了上机架的有限元模型,通过分析得知原结构的最大等效应力值出现部位与裂纹产生位置完全吻合;结合上机架在现场的实际布局,对其结构进行多个方案的优化对比分析,最终决定对高应力区进行局部优化,结果表明,上机架的最大应力值在强度安全范围之内,改进方案可行。
For studying the cracking of upper bracket of hydrogenerator in a hydropower station, a FEM model is build up by using I-Deas software to analysis the stress of upper bracket. The analytic results show that the places of cracks appear exactly where the maximum equivalent stresses take place. The improvement alternatives are made according to the actual original structural layout and the local structural optimizations are finally proposed for the high stress areas. The highest stress in improved upper bracket is in acceptable safety range and shows that the structural improvement is feasible.
