栀子花精油化学成分及抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:22

摘要 采用微波辅助-水蒸气蒸馏法提取栀子花精油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析栀子花精油的化学成分,通过质谱检索并结合保留指数确定其结构。以VC为对照,紫外分光光度法测定栀子花精油对DPPH·和ABTS+·的清除率。结果显示:从栀子花精油中鉴定出了51种化学成分,占总峰面积的86.9%,其主要成分为芳樟醇(21.09%)、莰烯(7.25%)、α-石竹烯(6.49%)、香叶醇(5.72%)、α-法呢烯(5.35%)等;栀子花精油对DPPH·和ABTS+·具有较好的清除能力,其半数抑制率(IC50)分别为6.26、11.58μg/mL。 The essential oil were extracted by microwave assisted hydro-distillation(MAHD)and the volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and their structures were identified by the comparison of mass spectrum combined with retention index.The scavenging activities of essential oil from flowers of Gardenia jasminoides on DPPH· and ABTS+· were detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,taking VC as control group.The results showed that 51 compounds were identified,which accounted for 86.9% of total volatile components,the main constituents were linalool(21.09%),camphene(7.25%),α-caryophyllene(6.49%),geraniol(5.72%),α-farnesene(5.35%)et al;the oils possessed good scavenging activities on DPPH· and ABTS+·,and IC50 of it were 6.26 and 11.58μg/mL.
