摘要
卤素-镁交换反应可用来制备含有多个官能团的芳基、杂环、烯基和烷基格氏试剂,再通过亲核加成或偶联反应得到含有多能团的产物,广泛应用于天然产物的合成。对多官能团格氏试剂的制备条件和影响因素进行概述,并且介绍了其在金属催化剂作用下所发生的偶联反应。
The halogen-magnesium exchange has been found to be the method of choice for preparing functionalized orga- nomagnesiun reagents. Various highly functionalized aryl,alk- enyl,alkyl and heterocyclic magnesium reagents could be pre- pared. These functionalized organomagnesium compounds have an excellent reactivity towards a wide range of electro- philes and they can smoothly undergo cross-coupling reac- tions. This work summarizes the preparing conditions and in- fluencing factors of halogen-magnesium exchange. The cross- coupling reactions of functionalized magnesium compounds catalyzed by metallic salt are also reviewed.
