摘要
目的探讨甲状旁腺素（PTH）与铁蛋白（SF）联合检测对急慢性肾功能衰竭的鉴别诊断价值。方法采用贝克曼库尔特ACCESS2全自动化学发光仪测定急性肾功能衰竭和慢性肾功能衰竭患者的甲状旁腺素和铁蛋白两种标志物含量，进行对比分析。结果慢性肾功能衰竭患者组中PTH水平和阳性率明显高于急性肾功能衰竭组，SF水平和阳性率明显低于急性肾功能衰竭组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论甲状旁腺素和铁蛋白在急、慢性肾功能衰竭患者中存在差异．对两者的鉴别诊断具有重要临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of prathyroid hormone and ferrit on acute and chronic renal . Methods Beike Man Kurt ACCESS2 fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzer detecting of parathyroid hormone （PTH） and ferritin （SF） in 30 patients with acute renal failure and 30 patients with chronic renal failure. Results PTH levels in chronic renal failure group were significantly higher than that of acute renal failure, SF levels in chronic renal failure group were lower than that of a- cute renal failure （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusions Parathyroid hormone and ferritin in acute, chronic renal failure patients exist difference, has the differential diagnosis value.
