达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊罗19巢综合征30例 被引量：14

摘要 目的观察达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法将60例PCOS患者随机分为观察组及对照组，各30例，观察组口服达英一35和二甲双胍，对照组单用达英-35，疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗后症状改善情况及不良反应；检测治疗前后促卵泡生成激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、LH／FSH、雌二醇（E2）、睾酮（T）、空腹三酰甘油（TG）、空腹血糖（FBG）、胰岛素（INS）、体质量指数（BMI）、腰臀比（WHR）。结果观察组症状改善，且大部分患者体质量减轻，无明显不良反应。观察组LH、LH／FSH、T、TG、INS、BMI、WHR明显低于治疗前，TG、INS、BMI、WHR明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；对照组LH、LH／FSH、T明显低于治疗前（P〈0．05）。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍能从病理生理上控制引起PCOS的根源．治疗效果明显优于单用达英-35。
