摘要 利用红外热成像技术,可对电力设备进行带电检测。笔者通过红外测温实例分析,得出红外热成像技术在电力设备状态检修中的作用。红外热像技术测量了电力设备内部绝缘介质温度分布,可发现运行中电力设备绝缘故障、设备缺陷,对电力设备的运行状态跟踪和分析,采取措施避免事故扩大,为电气设备安全稳定运行提供了保障,是开展输电网电力设备状态检修的重要检测手段。 Live detection of electrical equipment can be conducted with infrared thermal imaging technology. This paper discusses the application of the infrared thermal imaging technology to the condition-based maintenance of electrical equipment via some instances of infrared temperature measurement. The temperature distribution of insulation media within electrical equipment can be measured by the infrared thermal imaging technology to find insulation failure and equipment defects of electrical equipment in operation, and further to track and analyze operational status of the equipment. Thus, necessary measures can be taken to avoid accidents and ensure safe and stable operation of electrical equipment. The infrared thermal imaging technology plays an important role in the condition-based maintenance of electrical equipment in power transmission grid.
