Twenty years ago,Deng Xiaoping＇s Southern Talk opened the prelude of China＇s socialist market economy.Today we still have to comply with the essence of Deng＇s conversation.We should construct property ethical market.Only in this way can we try to crack the crucial period in the pattern of property growth and the balance of the property interests.Besides,we should further improve the rule of law socialist market economy to achieve the continuation of the reform and opening up in-depth for Harmonious society with operable.
