养肝疏胆颗粒中挥发油包合工艺研究

Study on the volatile oil inclusion complex in Yangganshudan Granules

目的优选养肝疏胆颗粒中挥发油的包合工艺。方法采用正交实验,以挥发油与β-环糊精投料比、包合温度、搅拌时间为考察因素,以挥发油利用率、包合物收得率为考察指标优选。结果挥发油最佳包合工艺为:油与β-环糊精按1∶8的投料比,在50℃搅拌包含120min。结论该工艺稳定、可行,为挥发油工业化包合提供了依据。

Objective To optimize the volatile oil inclusion process of Yangganshudan Granules.Methods An orthogonal test was adopted to optimize,the ratio of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature,and stirring time.The volatile oil utilization,and the inclusion yield rate were used as the index.Results The results were as follows：the ratio of oil and β-cyclodextrin 1∶8,inclusion temperature 50 ℃,stirred time 120 minutes.Conclusion The process was proved to be stable,and easy practice.This study provide a basis for industrialization.
