荞麦七及其混淆品朱砂七、索骨丹的比较鉴别

Comparative identification of Radix pteroxygoni giraldiiand its adulterants,Polygonum cillinerve and Rhizoma rodgersia aesculifcliae

目的鉴别荞麦七及其混淆品朱砂七、索骨丹。方法采用显微、理化、薄层色谱等方法与其混淆品进行对比鉴别。结果荞麦七、朱砂七两者与索骨丹显微特征区别明显,但其二者之间区别不大;理化鉴别三者反应颜色区别明显;薄层色谱三者斑点位置有明显不同。结论该方法重复性好,专属性强,能将荞麦七与其混淆品明显区别开,并有效控制荞麦七的质量。

Objective To identify Radix pteroxygoni giraldii and its adulterant Polygonum cillinerve and Rhizoma rodgersia aesculifcliae.Methods Microscope,physical and chemical,thin layer chromatography techniques and other methods were used to compare.Result Radix pteroxygoni giraldii,Polygonum cillinerve and Rhizoma rodgersia aesculifcliae microscopic characteristic difference is obvious,but the difference was not significant;physical and chemical identification of the three reaction color diffe-rence is obvious;thin layer chromatography three dot location are significantly different.Conclusion The method has good repea-tability,strong specificity.Radix pteroxygoni giraldii and its adulterants were distinguished.This method could be used effectively to control the quality of Radix pteroxygoni giraldii.
