刺五加苷B抗运动性疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的研究刺五加苷B对大鼠运动性疲劳的作用。方法通过大鼠的递增强度跑台训练,建立运动疲劳模型,并测定跑台力竭时间以及血清中的BUN、CK、LDH、BUN、MDA、肌糖元、肝糖原、血糖等反映机体代谢和能量供应的指标。结果刺五加苷B能明显提高运动后大鼠体内肝糖原、肌糖原等指标,有效降低BUN、ALT、AST、LDH等指标。结论大鼠服用刺五加苷B有利于能量物质的储存和积累,加速某些导致疲劳代谢物质的清除,维持细胞的正常生理功能,延缓疲劳的发生,加快疲劳的恢复。 Objective To observe the efficacy of eleutheroside B on aerobic exercise-induced fatigue recovery.Method The exercise-trained male SD rats models were set up by progressing intensive endurance treadmill training.The indices BUN,MDA,CK,LDH,ALT,AST,and ALP in serum and glycogen in liver and myocardium were tested to reflect organism function and protein metabolism.Result The results showed that the contents of glycogen and myocardium in exercising plus eleutheroside B group were higher than that in exercising group.The activity of BUN,ALT,AST,and LDH in exercising plus eleutheroside B group was lower than that in exercising group.Conclusion Eleutheroside B could improve accumulation and storage of energy,effectively reducing the decomposition of structural protein and functional protein,prolong the time of exhaustive exercise and retard the happening of exercise fatigue.
