我院中心药房麻醉药品和精神药品应用分析

Analysis of narcotic and psychotropic drugs use in the central pharmacy of our hospital

目的对我院中心药房2011年麻醉药品和精神药品的使用情况进行调查和分析,为特殊药品的管理和使用提供依据。方法以用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及药品金额排序与DDDs排序的比值作为评价指标对2011年麻醉药品和精神药品的使用情况进行统计、分析。结果 2011年我院中心药房共使用麻醉药品11种,一类精神药品1种、二类精神药品12种。结论麻醉药品与精神药品在我院的使用基本合理。

Objective To investigate and analyze narcotic and psychotropic drugs use in the central pharmacy of our hospital in 2011,and to provide the basis for the management of the use of special drugs.Methods The amount of medication,medication frequency（DDDs）,daily expense（DDC） and the amount of drug scheduling and DDDs sort ratio were used as the evaluation index.Results In 2011,11 narcotic drugs were used,psychotropic drugs of category Ⅰwas 1,psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ was 12.Conclusion The usage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in our hospital is basically rational.
