论“技术—伦理实践”在场的合法性——对荷兰学派技术哲学研究的一种思考

On the Legitimacy of "Technology-ethics Practice"——A Reflection of the Studies on Technology Philosophy of the Dutch School

实践在其在场之初就内蕴伦理地实践和技术地实践双重内涵,它在历经唯伦理道德地实践与唯技术地实践的分野之后,在当下这个技术社会中,技术人工物的设计、制造与使用促逼着实践内涵的自我复归。以技术哲学的荷兰学派的研究成果与研究范式为例,当前技术哲学的研究进路可以用"技术—伦理实践"来概述,而这恰恰是对实践内涵自我复归的一种生动表达。基于此点指认,技术哲学的荷兰学派乃至国际技术哲学界正行进在技术哲学的实践逻辑之路上。

When praxis came into being, it consisted of dual connotations--ethical practice and technical practice. Undergoing the dividing phases between exclusively ethical practice and exclusively technical practice, praxis has had its two connotations reunified by designing, making and using technical artifacts in the contemporary technological society. Taking for example the Dutch School＇s research findings and research paradigms of technology philosophy, it was found that ＂technology- ethics practice＂ serves to summarize the current research achievements of technology philosophy, which accurately expresses the return of praxis＇ connotations. Based on this point, the Dutch School and even the international circle of technical philosophy are walking on the road of the logics of praxis.
