摘要
本文认为,村民自治的深层拓展引发了三个亟待解决的重大理论问题,即村委会与党支部的关系,村委会与乡镇政府的关系,以及村民自治对党内民主和国家民主的影响问题,作者对这些问题的主要表现及其成因作了比较深刻的分析,并就解决问题的相应对策,提出了一些初步设想。
The practice of village autonomy in China has led to three concerns: the relationship between the elected village committee and the nominated village party branch, the. relationship between the village committee and the town government, and the impact of enlarging autonomy on China' s democracy. This paper elaborates on these concerns and puts forth some new ideas and schemes:
