冻融腐蚀作用下沥青混合料耐久性影响因素的灰熵分析 被引量:22

Application of Grey Entropy Method to Analyze Influencing Factors of Durability of Asphalt Mixture under Freeze-thaw and Corrosion

摘要 针对国内外对冻融腐蚀作用下沥青混合料耐久性能鲜有研究的现状,采用真空饱水冻融劈裂试验,以冻融腐蚀因子评价经不同浓度(2.5%、5%和10%)Na2SO4溶液加速劣化后的沥青混合料性能变化规律;运用灰熵法分析了影响冻融腐蚀作用下沥青混合料耐久性影响因素——冻融次数、Na2SO4溶液浓度、集料级配、沥青用量和空隙率的显著性。研究结果表明:硫酸盐腐蚀加剧了冻融循环对沥青混合料的破坏作用;集料级配、沥青用量和空隙率对沥青混合料耐久性有较显著影响,可为盐类富集地区沥青混合料的设计和施工提供有益参考。 Few research has been done on the durability of asphalt mixture under freeze-thaw and corrosion at home and abroad. Through vacuum water-saturated freeze-thaw splitting test, the attenuation law of performance of asphalt mixture under the accelerated deterioration action of Na2SO4 solution with different concentrations including 2. 5% , 5% and 10% was evaluated by freeze-thaw corrosion factor. Then, the grey entropy method was applied to analyse the significance of influencing factors of the durability of asphalt mixture under freeze-thaw and corrosion such as freeze-thaw times, Na2SO4 solution concentration, aggregate gradation, asphalt content and air voids. The test results show that ( 1 ) sulfate corrosion exacerbated the damage effect of freezing and thawing cycle on asphalt mixture; (2) the main factors influencing the durability of asphalt mixture are aggregate gradation, asphalt content and air voids. The result can provide a beneficial reference for the design and construction of asphalt mixture used in salt enrichment regions
