Preparation of Spinosad-Chlorpyrifos Microsphere and Its Characteristics Analysis

摘要 [目的]筛选多杀菌素.毒死蜱微球配方,评价其性能,为优化该复配农药的使用性能提供依据。[方法]考察了乳化剂、芯壁材质量比和油水相体积比对微球粒径、表面形态、载药量和包封率的影响,并以差示量热法和高效液相色谱法评价微球性能。[结果]优选配方中乳化剂为阿拉伯胶,质量浓度为17.5 g/L,芯壁材质量比为1:3,油水相体积比为1:20。[结论]该配方制备的微球芯壁材结合紧密,有明显的延缓自然光降解功能。 [Aims] The purpose of this research was to screen optimum process conditions of spinosad-chlorpyrifos microsphere (SCM) and evaluate its performance to provide evidences for optimizing using performance of the compound pesticide. [Methods] The effects of emulsifier, mass ratio of core materials and wall materials and volume ratio of oil phase and water phase on the particle diameter, surface morphology, drug-loading rate and entrapment rate of microsphere had been investigated, respectively. In addition, the characteristics of SCM were evaluated by using differential scanning calorimetry and HPLC. [Results] In the optimal formulation, the Arab glue was used as emulsifier with the mass concentration of 17.5 g/L, the mass ratio of core materials and wall materials was 1 : 3, and the volume ratio of oil phase and water phase was 1 : 20. [Conclusions] The core materials was combined well with wall materials, and the SCM displayed a nice photostability.
