摘要
[目的]建立一种同时分析苯磺隆和苄嘧磺隆的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下对试样中苯磺隆和苄嘧磺隆进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。[结果]苯磺隆和苄嘧磺隆的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9996,标准偏差为0.09和0.12,变异系数为0.84%和0.58%,回收率为99.75%和99.68%。[结论]方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于30%苄嘧.苯磺隆可湿性粉剂的定性和定量分析。
[Aims] A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of tribenuron-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl. [M6thods] The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively on C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm, using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC. [Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of tribenuron-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl were 0.9997 and 0.9996. The standard deviation were 0.09 and 0.12, the variation coefficients were 0.84 and 0.58%, the average recovery rates were 99.75 and 99.68%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method was simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of tribenuron-methyl · bensulfuron-methyl 30% WP samples.
