摘要
转变发展方式根本在于产业升级。如何在遵循产业发展规律的基础上走出一条具有中国特色的产业升级道路,这是我国经济发展理性、科学的真谛所在。为此,以产业链升级支撑产业结构升级,以新型工业化和制造业服务化促进产业升级,以优化产业体系带动产业升级,均可视为既吸纳人类文明,又立足于国情的产业升级的战略选择。
The essence of changing growth patterns lies in industrial upgrading. It is a rational and scientific sense for China to ex- plore a road of industrial upgrading with Chinese characteristics on the basis of industrial upgrading law. Therefore, the strategic alterna- tives of industrial upgrading should consist of pattern upgrading supported by chain upgrading, promotion of new industrialization and optimization of industrial system.
