几种常见禽病通过禽肉贸易传播的风险分析
摘要
国际间的禽肉贸易给各种禽病的传播与扩散带来了新的风险。对多种常见的禽病通过国际间禽肉贸易传播的风险作了分析。现有的研究显示,高致病性禽流感、新城疫以及传染性法氏囊病能够通过禽肉传播。其他的一些禽病尽管尚无证据显示能够通过禽肉传播,但在禽肉加工过程中实施严格的卫生措施仍是十分必要的。
