摘要
介绍了一种合成氨生产过程中变换装置的自动控制系统。采用了带有可变时间参数Smith补偿器的变比值控制算法和基于极值控制的调优算法,使变换出口变换气一氧化碳含量的控制精度和蒸汽的消耗指标都达到了很好的水平。特别针对变换装置的反应延迟随工艺条件而波动变化大的特点,研究了可以自动设置和校正纯滞后时间的可变参数Smith补偿器,有效地提高了控制能力和控制精度。本变换控制系统已在多个合成氨厂应用,具有良好的使用效果。
This paper introduces a kind of automatic control system in ammonia Transformation device. Used with a variable parameter Smith compensator of variable ratio control algorithm and based on extremum control optimization algorithm, the transform the export control precision carbon monoxide and steam consumption has reached a good level. Especially for Transformation reaction delay with process condition change characteristic, studied can be automatically set and correction of pure lag time variable parameter Smith com- pensator, effectively improves the control ability. This control system has been in a number of synthetic ammonia plant application, with the good use effect.
