摘要 为了实现对电力设备及电压质量的实时监测与管理,提高电力企业的管理效率,提出来一种综合化信息管理平台-基于GIS的电压质量监控系统。系统基于J2EE平台,采用Structs2+Spring+Hibernate框架,应用WebGIS技术,将GIS与电压质量监控系统结合,实现电网信息的地图化、运行数据的可视化。建立电压质量的时间序列预测模型,对电压质量进行短期预报。根据当前预测结果,为运维计划和建议提供决策支持。故障点统计分析,对于用户提高供电质量管理起到很好的辅助作用,为电力企业的决策提供了丰富的数据和决策支持,帮助企业进行高效的决策。系统已投入运行,并取得了良好的效果。 In order to realize the objective of real-time monitoring, management to the power equipment and voltage quality, and impro- ving the management efficiency of the electric power enterprise. An integrated information management platform-voltage quality monito- ring system based on GIS is proposed. The system is based on J2EE platform and adopts Structs2 + Spring + Hibernate framework. U- sing WebGIS technology, combination of GIS and the monitoring system of voltage quality, achieves the realization of the Electric Net- work' s cartographic presentation and the data' s visualization. A time-series forecasting model of voltage was produced to predict a short-term data for voltage quality. The predict result can help enterprise to make decisions and plans. The statistical analysis of fault points not only plays an assistant role in improving the quality of power supply, but also provides abundant data and decision support for Electric Enterprises, in order to help enterprise make effective decisions. System has been put into operation and achieved good effect.
